Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn, and include the original tags and receipt.

Once your return is received and verified, an email will be sent to you and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that a $10SGD processing fee applies to each return order within Singapore, and will be deducted from the total refund. To avoid a processing fee, make an exchange instead.

SINGAPORE

You may drop off your return in person, or ship it via your preferred courier and external packaging. We recommend using tracked mail services such as Smartpac or Qxpress.

INTERNATIONAL

For countries outside of Singapore, submit your return requests via our Returns Portal.

You may choose your carrier of choice, or opt for a Prepaid Label. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES

You may make a one-time exchange with any available item if the size, colour, or style isn’t suitable within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The $10SGD processing fee is waived for exchanges within Singapore.

Steps to exchange:
1. Place a new order for the same number of item(s) you're returning.
2. Return the item(s) from your original order, including the original receipt.
3. The full amount of the returned item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after verifying your return.

In-person exchanges at our studio is not available at this time.

If you keep at least the same number of items as you’re returning within the same order, it also counts as an exchange and no processing fee applies.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item(s) that do not meet our return and policy.
