Please note that a $10 processing fee will be charged for each return order.

We accept returns of any undamaged, unwashed, and unworn items within 14 calendar days from the day the order is received.

To ensure a valid return, items must be returned with their tags attached and with the original receipt. You may use your own choice of external packaging and courier service; you will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs and taxes. We recommend tracked mail services such as Smartpac, Qxpress, or DHL. Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we verify the return, you will receive a refund via your original mode of payment, less the $10 processing fee.

EXCHANGES

If you find that the size, colour, or style of the item you ordered is not suitable, you may opt for a one-time exchange. You may exchange for any other available item, regardless of the cost discrepancy, as you will only pay for what you keep.

Steps for Exchange:
1. Place a new order for any item, regardless of the price.
2. Return the item from your original order. Please ensure that the original receipt is included in the return parcel.
3. The full amount of the returned item will be refunded via the original payment mode within 1-3 business days after verifying your return. The $10 processing fee does not apply to order exchanges.

Exclusions

We also accept exchanges within the same original order. For example, if you have ordered 2 items and choose to return 1 item without purchasing anything new, we would count the other 1 item you have kept as the 'exchanged' item. This way, no $10 processing fee will apply.

However, for example, if you have ordered 3 items and choose to return 2 items without purchasing anything new, a $10 processing fee will apply, as the number of returned items exceeds the number of items kept. In this case, it will be considered a return, and not an exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy. Kindly write in to us at store@somethingtohold.com should you require any assistance.

STUDIO DROP-OFF

Our studio is closed to the public at the moment. You may drop off your return parcel in person, and the return will be processed according to our return policy. No walk-ins or in-person exchanges will be allowed at the moment. Thank you for your understanding.
